The successful candidate will be confident working in occupied social housing properties, carrying out reactive repairs and maintenance across a range of trades.

Working Hours: 08:00am - 17:00pm
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Carry out multi-trade repairs and maintenance works including:
- Plumbing
- Carpentry
- Tiling
- Painting & decorating
- Plastering
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a multi trade operative
- Experience working within social housing properties
- Ability to work professionally and independently in occupied homes
- Must have use of a smartphone (jobs issued via an app - BYOD allowance paid at £20 per month)
- Drug and alcohol testing will be carried out on the day of induction
