Damp and Mould Operative Location: East London Salary: £38,000 per annum Contract: Permanent Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm We are seeking an experienced Damp and Mould Operative to carry out remedial works within occupied social housing properties. Role includes: Identifying and treating damp and mould issues in residential properties Carrying out remedial works including cleaning, treating affected areas, and minor repairs Diagnosing causes of damp and implementing effective solutions Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard Adhering to all health & safety guidelines Providing a professional and customer-focused service What's on offer: Company van & fuel card BYOD allowance (£20 per month) Requirements: Experience in damp and mould treatment or related maintenance work Experience within social housing or residential maintenance Good understanding of damp-related issues and solutions Own tools and ability to use a smartphone app A drug and alcohol test will be carried out on the day of induction
