We are looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical works across a Social Housing contract.

Acting as the NICEIC Qualifying Supervisor, you will ensure all work is completed safely, compliantly, and to a high standard while supporting and mentoring electricians and apprentices.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise electrical installation, testing, and maintenance works.

Act as NICEIC Qualifying Supervisor and sign off certifications.

Carry out site audits and quality inspections.

Ensure compliance with 18th Edition, NICEIC, and Health & Safety regulations.

Provide technical support and guidance to operatives.

Mentor electricians and apprentices to drive performance and quality.

Deliver toolbox talks and promote a strong safety culture.

Requirements

NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation. 18th Edition qualification. 2391 Testing & Inspection qualification.

Previous experience as an Electrical Supervisor, QS, or EQS.

Strong knowledge of NICEIC compliance and social housing environments.

Full UK Driving Licence.
