We are recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Joiner on behalf of a leading housing provider, carrying out responsive repairs and maintenance across residential properties.
Key Duties
- Joinery and general maintenance repairs
- Basic plumbing, tiling, plastering, flooring, and damp & mould treatment
- Delivering high standards of customer service
- Working independently to complete repairs efficiently
- Participation in the out-of-hours callout rota
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 (City & Guilds) in Carpentry/Joinery or equivalent
- Strong joinery background with multi-trade experience
- Experience working in a customer-focused environment
- Social housing experience desirable
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Access to your own power tools
