A great opportunity has arisen for a Plumber to join a Social Housing contractor on a temporary ongoing basis paying £21.40 per hour CIS with a view to go perm paying up to £41,000. This role will be based out of Notting Hill covering West London.
The successful candidate will be available within short notice, have social housing experience and must have a driving license as you will be supplied with a van and fuel card.
Working hours: Mon - Fri 8am til 17:00pm
Locations: West London
Pay Rates: Temp - £21.40ph (CIS) with a van and fuel card
Plumber Duties:
- Carry out all plumbing repairs and maintenance within social housing properties, voids, and occupied.
- Use of a PDA to manage and record daily work.
The Successful Plumber will be required to:
- Ensure works are completed at a high standard within given time frames.
- Carry out works allocated by appointments.
- Have a valid UK Driving Licence.
- Hold a plumbing qualification.
