I am currently recruiting for a Plumber to join a social housing contractor on a temporary ongoing basis covering areas in North West London paying £21.40 per hour CIS with a van and fuel card supplied. A Basic DBS Check will need to be carried out if successful.
Pay Rate: £21.40ph (CIS or Umbrella) £710 a week after tax deductions in your account a week
Hours: 42.5 hours per week (Mon to Fri)
Areas of work: Based out of Finsbury Park covering North West London postcodes.
Plumber Duties:
- Complete a range of Plumbing repairs including carpentry repairs and maintenance within occupied and void properties as well as associated works
- Be customer focused
- Have a relevant trade qualification
- Have a DBS Check
You will be supplied with:
- A van
- Fuel card
- PDA System
