Location: East London (Havering, Barking & Dagenham, Newham, Hackney, Enfield, Waltham Forest)

Salary: £38,000 per annum

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

We are seeking an experienced Multi Trade Carpenter to carry out reactive repairs within occupied social housing properties.

Role includes:

  • Carpentry (main trade), plus basic plumbing, plastering and tiling
  • Completing works to a high standard while adhering to H&S guidelines

What's on offer:

Requirements:

  • Experience in social housing or residential maintenance
  • Strong carpentry background with multi-trade skills
  • Own tools and ability to use a smartphone app
  • A drug and alcohol test will be carried out on the day of induction
