We are seeking an experienced and proactive Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day delivery of construction and refurbishment projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Manage all on-site activities from project inception through to completion.
Lead and supervise site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Develop, monitor, and update project programmes to ensure works are completed within agreed timescales.
Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety legislation and company procedures.
Carry out site inspections, audits, and toolbox talks.
Coordinate materials, labour, plant, and subcontractor resources.
Monitor quality standards and ensure works are completed to specification.
Liaise with clients, consultants, residents, and stakeholders as required.
Identify and resolve site issues to minimise delays and maintain project progress.
Produce and maintain accurate site records, reports, and documentation.
Ensure projects are delivered within budget and in line with contractual requirements.
Essential Requirements
Proven experience in a Site Manager role within construction, refurbishment, planned maintenance, or social housing.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
Experience managing multiple trades and subcontractors.
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and project management software.
Sound knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and construction best practices.
Valid SMSTS qualification.
