We are seeking an experienced Wet Trade Plasterer to carry out reactive repairs within occupied social housing properties.
Role includes:
- Plastering (skimming, patch work and rendering as required) as the main trade
- Supporting with basic multi-trade tasks such as tiling and minor carpentry works
- Completing works to a high standard while adhering to H&S guidelines

Requirements:
- Experience in social housing or residential maintenance
- Strong plastering background with wet trade experience
- Own tools and ability to use a smartphone app
- A drug and alcohol test will be carried out on the day of induction
