MMP Consultancy is seeking a water hygiene and Legionella risk management professional. The candidate will be responsible for a large-scale water hygiene programme across a residential housing portfolio, primarily focused on blocks of flats and sheltered accommodation. This is a temporary ongoing position based in Richmond. The rate of pay will be dependent on the candidate's level of experience.
The programme involves the delivery of 300 water hygiene surveys, covering risk assessments, condition surveys, compliance audits, and actionable reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Delivering water hygiene / Legionella risk assessments
- Completing condition surveys across residential blocks
- Auditing compliance and identifying gaps
- Producing clear, prioritised action plans and recommendations
- Reviewing and refreshing water hygiene policies and management plans
Requirements:
- Proven experience in water hygiene / Legionella surveying
- A strong understanding of water safety legislation and ACOP L8
