MMP is currently recruiting for an experienced Plasterer to join a Social Housing contractor.
The successful candidate will carry out repairs and maintenance works across both occupied and void properties, ensuring a high standard of workmanship and customer service at all times.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out plastering repairs and maintenance within occupied and void social housing properties.
Complete associated repair works as required.
Deliver excellent customer service when working in residents' homes.
Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Work towards agreed deadlines and productivity targets.
Accurately update job information using the provided PDA system.
Requirements
Previous experience working within the social housing sector.
Strong plastering skills with the ability to carry out a variety of repair and maintenance tasks.
Customer-focused approach with excellent communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively.
Full UK Manual Driving Licence (maximum 6 points).
Essential Qualifications
Recognised trade qualification (City & Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent). Asbestos Awareness certification (can be completed prior to the start date). Basic DBS Check.
