MMP Consultancy are currently seeking an experienced Major Projects Officer in North London.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the full Section 20 consultation process for a major maintenance tender.
  • Manage documentation, timelines, and communication with internal teams and external contractors.
  • Ensure all statutory requirements are met throughout the consultation and tender process.
  • Work initially from the office for onboarding (typically 2 weeks), then transition into a hybrid model with remote flexibility.
  • Support additional contract exercises where required.
  • Work closely with project leads and operational teams to maintain progress and minimise disruption.

  • Strong understanding of Section 20 legislation and experience managing consultation processes.
  • Proven ability to deliver project-heavy workloads under tight timelines.
