MMP Consultancy are currently seeking an experienced Major Projects Officer in North London. The Section 20 Major Projects Officer will lead a significant tender exercise for general maintenance contracts covering over 2,500 properties. This role is critical to delivering a large-scale procurement project that cannot be absorbed by existing staff. The officer will ensure compliance with Section 20 requirements and support additional contract-related tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the full Section 20 consultation process for a major maintenance tender.
  • Manage documentation, timelines, and communication with internal teams and external contractors.
  • Ensure all statutory requirements are met throughout the consultation and tender process.
  • Work initially from the office for onboarding (typically 2 weeks), then transition into a hybrid model with remote flexibility.
  • Support additional contract exercises where required.
  • Work closely with project leads and operational teams to maintain progress and minimise disruption.
