Senior M&E Manager (Temp to Perm Available) East London / Essex £65,000 - £70,000 per annum MMP Consultancy are currently working with a well-established facilities management company based in East London, who are seeking an experienced Senior M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) Manager to join their team with immediate effect. The hiring manager is looking to interview as soon as this week.
Responsibilities
- Strategy & Framework Development: Develop, implement, and maintain M&E processes and procedures in line with contractual requirements. Create and refine performance indicators (KPIs) across M&E programmes and projects. Ensure all M&E activity aligns with organisational objectives and strategic priorities.
- Data Management & Performance Monitoring: Oversee compliance data entered into the in-house works management system, ensuring accuracy and daily updates. Carry out detailed qualitative and quantitative performance analysis to identify risks, gaps, and improvement actions. Produce clear, high-quality M&E reports and presentations for senior leadership and external stakeholders.
- Leadership, Training & Culture: Lead, manage, and mentor M&E and compliance teams. Provide guidance and training on M&E standards, data collection, and reporting requirements. Embed a strong compliance-led and performance-driven culture across the organisation.
- Evaluation & Continuous Improvement: Manage internal and external evaluations of M&E programmes and projects. Facilitate learning sessions to share outcomes, best practice, and lessons learned. Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Reporting: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to meet reporting and compliance obligations. Ensure all M&E-related statutory and regulatory reporting requirements are met. Present M&E performance data clearly and confidently to a range of audiences.
