Location: East London & Essex

Job Type: Temp to Perm

Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm (Optional out-of-hours work available)

Rate: £200 per day CIS (using your own van)

Rate: £170 per day CIS (using company van)

About the Role

We are currently recruiting for experienced Multi Traders to work within the East London and Essex region, carrying out day-to-day reactive repairs in occupied social housing properties. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering long-term stability for reliable and skilled operatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carrying out a variety of day-to-day maintenance and repair works
  • Working across multiple trades including carpentry, plumbing, plastering, and tiling
  • Delivering high-quality workmanship in occupied properties
  • Ensuring all work is completed in line with health & safety regulations
  • Providing excellent customer service when interacting with tenants

Requirements

  • Asbestos Awareness certification required
