Repairs Supervisor in Hampshire

Location: Pay Rate: Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (42.5 hours per week) Overview A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Repairs Supervisor to join a leading social housing contractor on a temporary ongoing basis. You will be responsible for supervising a team of operatives and subcontractors delivering void property refurbishment works. Key Responsibilities Supervise and mentor a team of trades operatives and subcontractors. Monitor performance and support team development and growth. Ensure all void works are completed to the required quality, safety, and timescale standards. Drive excellent contract performance and customer satisfaction. Maintain strong communication with clients, residents, colleagues, and external stakeholders. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company procedures. Requirements Previous experience supervising teams within a social housing. Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent communication and organisational abilities. Full UK Manual Driving Licence (maximum 6 points). Essential Qualifications SSSTS or IOSH Managing Safely Asbestos Awareness Basic DBS Check What's Provided Company van. Fuel card.
