An excellent opportunity has become available for an experienced Electrician to join a Social Housing contractor.

The role involves working within both void and occupied properties, carrying out repairs, maintenance, testing, and certification work.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out electrical repairs and maintenance in social housing properties.

Complete EICRs (Electrical Installation Condition Reports).

Undertake testing and provide NICEIC certification.

Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Attend scheduled appointments and effectively manage workloads.

Participate in a 24-hour call-out rota when required.

Essential Qualifications

NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation. 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671). 2391 or 2395 Inspection & Testing qualification. Requirements

Previous experience working within social housing.

Available to start at short notice.

Full UK Driving Licence.

Ability to obtain a UKATA Asbestos Awareness Certificate.

Ability to pass a Basic DBS Check.
