An exciting opportunity has arisen for experienced Multi Trade Plumbers to work with a leading Social Housing Contractor on a temporary basis, covering Guildford and the surrounding areas. This is a 3-month ongoing contract offering a competitive day rate of £180-£200 per day, depending on experience.
Successful operatives will be required to work within occupied social housing properties, carrying out reactive plumbing repairs and maintenance alongside associated multi-trade works.

Working Hours:
- 08:00am - 17:00pm
- Up to 7 jobs per day
Duties Include:
- Carrying out reactive plumbing repairs and maintenance within occupied social housing properties
- Diagnosing and repairing plumbing faults including leaks, taps, toilets, showers, pipework and drainage issues
- Completing associated multi-trade works such as basic carpentry, patch plastering, tiling and making good following plumbing repairs
- Identifying issues and carrying out effective first-time fixes where possible
- Providing a professional and customer-focused service to residents
- Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard
- Accurately updating job information using handheld technology
- Working independently and managing a busy workload

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Multi Trade Plumber within social housing, maintenance or repairs
- Relevant plumbing qualifications (NVQ Level 2 or equivalent preferred)
- Experience working in occupied properties
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong customer service skills and ability to work independently
- Own tools preferred (where required)
