About the Role:
We are currently recruiting for experienced Multi Traders to work within the East London and Essex region, carrying out day-to-day reactive repairs in occupied social housing properties. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering long-term stability for reliable and skilled operatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out a variety of day-to-day maintenance and repair works
- Working across multiple trades including carpentry, plumbing, plastering, and tiling
- Delivering high-quality workmanship in occupied properties
- Ensuring all work is completed in line with health & safety regulations
- Providing excellent customer service when interacting with tenants
