MMP Consultancy are seeking two experienced Customer Service Advisors to work for a Social Housing Contractor, based in Harlow. As a Customer Service Advisor specialising in damp and mould enquiries, you'll support tenants, log and track repairs, and coordinate inspections to ensure cases are resolved quickly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming damp & mould enquiries from tenants
- Log repairs, complaints, and updates accurately
- Coordinate inspections with surveyors and operatives
- Monitor case progress and provide regular updates to residents
- Escalate high-priority or complex cases when required
- Maintain clear, compliant records and case notes
Skills & Experience
- Customer service experience (social housing/repairs preferred)
- Understanding of damp & mould processes
- Strong communication, organisation, and case management skills
- Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Basic DBS required
