A leading property services contractor is seeking qualified Gas Service Engineers to support increased workloads during the winter period. You will be working across Enfield, carrying out servicing, diagnostics, and maintenance on domestic gas appliances within occupied properties. This role is ideal for engineers looking to take on additional work with strong earning potential.
Pay Rates
- £26.50 per hour when using your own van
- £24.00 per hour when using a company van
- CIS payment available
Working Pattern
- Location: Enfield
- Days: Monday to Friday (flexible availability)
- Hours: 08:00 - 17:00
- Daily Duration: 9 hours
Responsibilities
- Carry out routine servicing and safety checks on domestic gas appliances
- Diagnose faults and complete necessary repairs
- Ensure all work complies with current gas safety regulations and contractor standards
- Maintain accurate job records and documentation
- Provide excellent customer service within occupied homes
- Represent the property services contractor professionally at all times
Required Qualifications & Certifications
- Basic DBS
- CCN1 - Core Gas Safety
- HTR1 - Gas Fires & Wall Heaters
- CKR1 - Domestic Cookers
- CENWAT - Boilers & Water Heaters
- NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent)
- ACS Certification
