The predicted salary is between 44000 - 44000 Β£ per year.
A great opportunity has arisen for an Electrician to join a Social Housing contractor based in Crawley, on a temp basis paying Β£24.60 per hour. The successful candidate will be available within short notice and have social housing experience. You must have a driving license as you will be supplied with a company van and a basic DBS check will be required.
Working Hours
8:00am β 17:00pm 42.5 hours per week Mon-Fri with a half hour break.
Pay Rates
Β£24.60 per hour (CIS or Umbrella)
Your tasks
- Carry out repairs and maintenance within social housing properties, voids and occupied
- Carry out electrical repairs EICRs and complete NICEIC Certificates
- Ensure works are completed at a high standard within given time frames
- Carry out works allocated by appointments
- Participate in 24 call out when required
