An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Multi Carpenter to work for a Social Housing Contractor on a permanent basis, covering Croydon and surrounding areas. The role offers a salary of up to £38,000 - £40,500 per annum.
Successful operatives will be required to work within occupied social housing properties, carrying out reactive repairs and maintenance.

- * 08:00am - 17:00pm
- * Up to 7 jobs per day
Duties Include
- * Carrying out reactive repairs and maintenance within occupied social housing properties
- * Completing carpentry works along with associated multi-trade tasks such as basic plumbing, tiling, patch plastering, painting and decorating
- * Fitting, repairing and replacing doors, locks, kitchens, skirting boards, architraves and other carpentry installations
- * Providing a professional and customer-focused service to residents
- * Optional participation in out-of-hours call-out work
- * Ensuring all works are completed safely and to a high standard

You Must
- * Have experience working within social housing properties
- * Be qualified or time-served in carpentry
- * Provide your own basic hand and power tools
- * Have access to a smartphone (jobs issued via an app; BYOD allowance paid at £20 per month)
- * Be reliable, professional and able to work independently
- * Hold a full UK driving licence
