An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Damp & Mould Operative to work for a Social Housing Contractor on a temporary basis with the potential of going permanent. Successful operatives will be required to work within occupied social housing properties, carrying out reactive repairs and specialist treatments related to damp and mould issues. Duties Include: * Carrying out damp and mould treatments and associated repairs within occupied social housing properties * Preparing, treating, and redecorating affected areas * Identifying causes of damp and providing effective solutions * Providing a professional and customer‑focused service to residents * Optional participation in out‑of‑hours call‑out work * Ensuring all works are completed safely and to a high standard You Will Be Supplied With: * Company van * Fuel card You Must: * Have experience working with damp and mould treatments in social housing * Provide your own basic hand and power tools * Be reliable, professional, and able to work independently
