The successful candidate will carry out repairs and maintenance across both occupied and void properties, delivering a high standard of workmanship and customer service.
Role includes carpentry repairs and related multi-trade works, with 42.5 hours per week (Mon-Fri, 8:00am-5:00pm). Provided: company van, fuel card, PDA system.
