Join a Major Housing Investment & Transformation Programme. MMP Consultancy is delighted to be recruiting for three experienced Capital Project Managers to support the delivery of a significant housing investment and transformation programme. This is an exceptional opportunity to join one of London's largest social housing providers during a period of substantial investment across capital works, building safety, compliance, asset management and resident-focused improvement programmes.
Working within a high-performing Capital Delivery Team, you will lead the successful delivery of major housing projects that directly improve homes, buildings and communities.
The Role
As a Capital Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple capital investment projects from inception through to completion, ensuring schemes are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with contractors, consultants, residents and senior stakeholders to oversee a diverse portfolio of planned investment, compliance and building safety projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead capital projects through all stages of delivery.
- Manage contractors, consultants and professional teams.
- Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with programme, budget and quality requirements.
- Monitor and manage project risks, governance and reporting.
- Engage effectively with residents and key stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with procurement procedures and building safety legislation.
- Produce reports for senior leadership and governance boards.
- Drive contractor performance and continuous improvement.
About You
We are keen to speak with experienced project professionals who have delivered housing capital works within a Local Authority, Housing Association or similar environment. You will have experience delivering projects such as:

- Strong project management experience within social housing or the public sector

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced delivery environment
