Bricklayer / Groundworker - Brighton A leading housing provider is seeking an experienced Bricklayer / Groundworker to join their team on a temp-to-perm basis, carrying out reactive repairs and void works across Brighton and surrounding areas. Pay 22.50 per hour (Umbrella) 36,250 per annum (Permanent) Duties Carry out brickwork repairs and general groundworks within social housing properties. Repair walls, pathways, steps, fencing, and external structures. Complete re-pointing, patch repairs, and minor concreting works. Undertake drainage repairs, slab laying, and associated external maintenance. Work within occupied and void social housing properties. Use a PDA/mobile device to manage and update jobs. Requirements Proven experience as a Bricklayer and/or Groundworker. Experience within social housing repairs and maintenance. Ability to carry out a range of external repairs to a high standard. Full UK Driving Licence (company van provided). DBS check required (completed at offer stage). Excellent customer service and communication skills.
