Multi Trade Plasterer
A new opportunity has arisen to work for a housing provider as a Multi Trade Plasterer on a permanent basis.
Successful candidates will be responsible for delivering high-quality plastering and multi-trade repairs within occupied and void social housing properties.
The role involves travel between properties, with work allocated as close to your home location as possible.

Duties Include
Carrying out all aspects of plastering repairs within social housing properties.
Undertaking patch plastering, skimming, rendering, dry lining, and making good following maintenance works.
Completing responsive repairs and void property refurbishments.
Carrying out additional multi-trade tasks including basic carpentry, tiling, painting and decorating, and plumbing repairs.
Diagnosing defects and carrying out effective remedial works within agreed timescales.
Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Delivering excellent customer service when working in occupied homes.
Using PDA/mobile devices to receive, manage, and complete work orders.
Maintaining accurate records of works completed and materials used.
Adhering to all health and safety policies and procedures.
Skills Required
Proven experience as a Plasterer within social housing, property maintenance, or a similar environment.
Skilled in skimming, patch repairs, float and set, rendering, dry lining, and ceiling repairs.
Ability to undertake secondary trades including basic carpentry, plumbing, tiling, and decorating.
Experience carrying out repairs in occupied and void properties.
Ability to identify defects and carry out permanent repairs.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Experience using PDA systems or mobile workforce technology.
Full UK driving licence preferred.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Good understanding of health and safety regulations within property maintenance.
