MMP is currently seeking a new Assistant Commercial Manager / Voids Manager to join the team. This is a great opportunity to progress your career!

The Role:
To be responsible for all commercial activities within the Central Voids Division. Working with the Divisional Manager and Contract Management. Due to the number of individual clients involved, this role requires a high level of organisation, focus and time management to ensure all contracts are commercially managed correctly.
Responsibilities:
- Accurate preparation of weekly/monthly reports both internally and to Clients.
- Working with operational teams to improve performance and enhance margins.
- Working where required with the Divisional Team in developing the strategy for future business.
- Supporting where required in pricing of Tender opportunities.
