MMP Consultancy is looking for an experienced
Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its growing commercial team. This role will focus on the commercial delivery of fit-out, refurbishment and residential projects , managing costs from pre-construction through to final account.
Location
- London / East (Hybrid)
- + Car Allowance + Bonus
Key Responsibilities
- Commercial management of multiple fit-out, refurbishment and residential projects
- Cost planning, budgeting and forecasting
- Managing subcontractor procurement and accounts
- Preparing valuations, variations and final accounts
- Contract administration (JCT)
- Producing CVRs and commercial reports
- Managing commercial risks and opportunities
- Building strong client and stakeholder relationships
Requirements
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar
- Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor
- Strong background in fit-out, refurbishment and residential construction
- Excellent knowledge of JCT contracts
- Strong commercial, negotiation and reporting skills
- Design & Build contractor experience preferred
