MMP Consultancy are seeking an experienced Senior Building Surveyor to join a growing property consultancy, delivering professional surveying services across a diverse property portfolio throughout London.

You will manage projects from inception to completion, provide expert technical advice, and build strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake building surveys, condition assessments, and technical due diligence.
  • Prepare reports, specifications, schedules of work, and tender documentation.
  • Administer contracts and oversee project delivery.
  • Advise clients on maintenance, compliance, fire safety, and building safety matters.
  • Develop planned maintenance and lifecycle programmes.
  • Build and maintain client and stakeholder relationships.

Requirements
