About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced and driven Senior Recruitment Consultant / Principal Consultant with a background in Office & Operational Support recruitment to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a high-performing recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates.

You’ll take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle within the Office & Operational Support sector, build and nurture client relationships, and play a key role in mentoring junior consultants. Your sector knowledge and recruitment expertise will be central to delivering tailored, high-quality hiring solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Candidate Sourcing & Management
    • Source high-quality Office & Operational Support candidates via job boards, social media, networking, and advertising
    • Build and maintain strong candidate relationships, ensuring a positive experience
    • Conduct interviews and assess suitability for relevant support roles
    • Manage and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates using CRM systems (Bullhorn preferred)
    • Prepare CVs and candidate profiles for client submission
    • Support candidates through the full process including interview prep, offer stage, and onboarding
  • Job & Process Management
    • Match candidates to suitable Office, Administrative, and Operational Support roles based on experience and career goals
    • Create and post engaging, sector-specific job adverts
    • Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
    • Manage offer negotiations and ensure smooth onboarding
  • Business Development & Client Relationships
    • Identify new business opportunities within the Office & Operational Support market
    • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients hiring across business support functions
    • Act as a main point of contact, delivering exceptional service
    • Attend client meetings, networking events, and industry conferences
    • Provide expert, sector-specific recruitment advice and tailored solutions
  • Leadership & Mentoring
    • Support and mentor trainee consultants
    • Share best practices and sector knowledge within Office & Operational Support recruitment
    • Step in for management when required
  • Systems & Compliance
    • Effectively use CRM and ATS systems (including Broadbean)
    • Maintain accurate records of all interactions
    • Ensure full compliance with industry regulations and company policies

  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant within Office & Operational Support (essential)
  • Strong billing track record and consistent performance
  • Demonstrated success in both placements and business development
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable using CRM systems, job boards, and social media
  • Ambitious, resilient, and driven to succeed
