  • Oversee Hard FM services for a variety of healthcare sites, including clinics, healthy living centres, ambulance stations, and public buildings.

  • Manage a team of 3 Service Managers, 4 Supervisors, and 13 maintenance operatives, ensuring excellent service delivery.

  • Ensure statutory and mandatory compliance with current legislation, HTM’s, and codes of practice. Monitor KPIs and SLAs to ensure contract performance.

  • Oversee contract profit targets, control monthly costs, and provide detailed financial reports.

  • Identify and mitigate risks across contract operations.

  • Attend contract monitoring meetings and hold reviews with senior management, ensuring operational performance and compliance are up to standard., The successful Multi Trader’s will be required to complete reactive maintenance within properties and communal areas in areas across Lambeth the successful candidate must be willing to travel however you the aim will be to keep you as local to your home as possible., * Maximise income with prompt recovery of rent arrears and other debts across all tenancy types, including leaseholders, shared owners, general needs and supported tenants.

  • Manage rent account effectively and provide excellent tailored services according to need to sustain tenancies and signpost for appropriate support, including foodbank and utility cost referrals.

  • Promptly and accurately follow the arrears process dealing with all aspects of income recovery from first stage letters, phone calls, emails, text messaging, through to court action and eviction stages.

  • Phoning customers and sending letters, carry out home visits and unannounced visits across a patch of properties and negotiate the best possible payment agreements to clear arrears as soon as reasonably possible.

  • Represent the organisation and present a professional image at Court, including organising our claims with a high level of accuracy.

  • Demonstrate a track record of delivering service excellence to a customer base. A record of achievement in making a difference whilst meeting challenging targets.

  • Provide comprehensive legal service by representing the client through all legal processes including enforcing court judgements., * Effectively manage all aspects of housing related services to provide a high-quality housing management service to residents.

  • Monitor and action low level rent arrears cases in accordance with the policies and procedures.

  • Conduct risk assessments and provide support to residents

  • Take ownership of the scheme key performance indicators (KPIs) and responsibility for ensuring their achievement and reporting to timescale.

  • Build positive working relationships with multi-agency partners, and other services.

  • Develop and maintain a varied activities programme which links in with the local community and encourage tenants to support their own activities.

  • Implement and carry out any required health and safety and fire checks, ensuring that all schemes are compliant.

  • Deliver an excellent level of service to customers ensuring that their needs are met.

  • Ensure safeguarding concerns are dealt with.

  • Maintain confidentiality regarding any sensitive information you come across in the course of your work, ensuring professional boundaries are adhered to.

  • Ability to carry out support work at other sheltered schemes

  • Ad hoc testing of systems.

  • Continuously look to improve the service and ensure all paperwork and record keeping is accurate and up to date.

  • Ability to work at other schemes throughout the county.

MMP Consultancy is seeking a Hard FM Contract Manager to join an FM Company a permanent basis. This role involves managing a diverse portfolio of NHS healthcare sites, ambulance stations, and other public buildings across Surrey, Kent, Essex and East London. Travel to sites on occasion with working from home is available. The salary is £55,000 plus a £5,472 per annum car allowance., * Holidays: 25 days, plus the option to purchase up to 5 additional days.

  • Company pension contribution: 4.5%, matched via salary sacrifice.

A basic DBS Check will need to be carried out if successful.

Working hours are Mon – Fri 8am – 17:00pm

Multi Trade Duties:

  • Carry out carry out a range of Multi Trade repairs within social housing properties including kitchen and bathroom installations.

The Successful Multi Trader will be required to:

  • Ensure works are completed at a high standard within given time frames

  • Carry out works allocated by appointments

  • Have a valid UK Driving Licence

Pay Rate:

Temp – £20ph (CIS or Umbrella)

Hours:

  • 45 hours per week (Mon to Fri)
