MMP Consultancy Limited is seeking a Healthy Homes Manager for Barnet Homes, with hybrid working (4 days in office, 1 day remote).
The role leads damp, mould and condensation management across housing stock, ensuring timely investigations, clear resident communication and regulator-ready audits.
You will manage a 5–7 person team, drive end-to-end DMC case work, monitor KPIs and coordinate contractors, while preparing the service for Awaab's Law phases 2 and 3.
