About the Role: We are currently seeking an experienced Multi Trader to join our team on a temporary basis in Crawley. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a variety of repairs, maintenance, and refurbishment works across residential properties, ensuring all tasks are completed to a high standard and within agreed timeframes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out a range of trade skills including carpentry, plumbing, tiling, plastering, and painting.
- Complete both responsive repairs and planned maintenance works.
- Diagnose and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring high-quality workmanship.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times.
- Liaise professionally with tenants, colleagues, and supervisors.
- Accurately record work completed and report any additional issues.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Multi Trader or in a similar maintenance role.
- Strong skills in at least two core trades (e.g., carpentry, plumbing, tiling).
- Full UK driving licence (if required for travel between sites).
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Own tools preferred.
