Responsibilities:
- Managing Stage 1 Damp & Mould treatments and driving Stage 2 remedial works
- Leading a team of 10-12 operatives plus a Supervisor and Scheduler
- Keeping works on track – on time, compliant, and to standard
- Running toolbox talks, team briefings, and client meetings
- Using Excel and reporting to track performance and drive improvements
Qualifications:
- Strong experience in damp & mould remediation (housing sector preferred)
- Proven team management experience in property repairs/maintenance
- Confident with Excel and performance tracking
- Able to manage stakeholders and keep things moving at pace
