Overview
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Repairs Supervisor to join a leading social housing contractor on a temporary ongoing basis. You will be responsible for supervising a team of operatives and subcontractors delivering void property refurbishment works.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor a team of trades operatives and subcontractors.
- Monitor performance and support team development and growth.
- Ensure all void works are completed to the required quality, safety, and timescale standards.
- Drive excellent contract performance and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain strong communication with clients, residents, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company procedures.
Requirements
- Previous experience supervising teams within a social housing.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- Full UK Manual Driving Licence (maximum 6 points).
Essential Qualifications
- SSSTS or IOSH Managing Safely
- Asbestos Awareness
- Basic DBS Check
