MMP Consultancy are seeking an experienced Senior Building Surveyor to join a growing property consultancy, delivering professional surveying services across a diverse property portfolio throughout London. You will manage projects from inception to completion, provide expert technical advice, and build strong client relationships.
Location: London Victoria
Salary: £350- £400 per day
Key Responsibilities
- Undertake building surveys, condition assessments, and technical due diligence.
- Prepare reports, specifications, schedules of work, and tender documentation.
- Administer contracts and oversee project delivery.
- Advise clients on maintenance, compliance, fire safety, and building safety matters.
- Develop planned maintenance and lifecycle programmes.
- Build and maintain client and stakeholder relationships.
Requirements
- MRICS qualified or working towards chartership.
- Experience in building surveys, defect diagnosis, and technical reporting.
- Knowledge of contract administration, statutory compliance, and building safety legislation.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
