An exciting opportunity has arisen for Multi Trade Operatives (Multi Carpenter / Multi Plumber) to work for a Social Housing Contractor on a permanent basis, covering London. The roles are offering a salary of up to £38,000 per annum.

Successful operatives will be required to work within occupied social housing properties, carrying out reactive repairs and maintenance across various London boroughs.

Location

  • London (across multiple boroughs)

Working hours

  • 08:00am – 17:00pm
  • Up to 7 jobs per day

Duties include

  • Carrying out reactive repairs and maintenance within occupied social housing properties
  • Completing carpentry or plumbing works along with associated multi-trade tasks
  • Providing a professional and customer-focused service to residents
  • Optional participation in out-of-hours call-out work
  • Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard

You will be supplied with

  • Company van
  • Fuel card

You must

  • Have experience working within social housing properties
  • Provide your own basic hand and power tools
  • Have access to a smartphone (jobs issued via an app – BYOD allowance paid at £20 per month)
  • Be reliable, professional, and able to work independently
  • Hold a valid Manual License – Max 6 Points
  • Participate in Drug & Alcohol Testing on Induction
