Assistant Accommodation Manager - Hospital Accommodation

Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
Temporary Contract (2-3 Months)
£20.00 - £25.00 per hour (Umbrella)
We are seeking an Assistant Accommodation Manager to support the day-to-day running of hospital accommodation at Broomfield Hospital. Working alongside the Accommodation Manager, you will help deliver a high-quality service for residents, oversee accommodation operations, and support administrative and compliance activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage resident enquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Support the day-to-day operation of hospital accommodation.
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and administration.
- Coordinate maintenance requests and monitor service standards.
- Assist with room allocations, inspections, and occupancy management.
- Support the supervision of on-site staff.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Previous supervisory or team leader experience.
- Strong customer service and administrative skills.
- Excellent organisation and communication abilities.
- Experience within accommodation, housing, property, hospitality, facilities management, or a similar environment is desirable.
