We’re looking for a PR Account Executive to join our team and support some of our key travel and tourism accounts. This is an exciting opportunity for someone at the early stages of their PR career who is passionate about storytelling, media, and travel.

The role:

  • As a PR Account Executive, you’ll play an important role in delivering day-to-day PR activity across your accounts.
  • Working closely with Account Managers and senior team members, you’ll support the planning and implementation of creative, results-driven PR campaigns.
  • You’ll help build and maintain strong relationships with journalists and influencers, researching media targets and pitching story ideas across email, phone, and social platforms.
  • You’ll be involved in drafting high-quality press materials, including press releases, media pitches, briefing documents, and social media content, ensuring everything is accurate, engaging, and on brand.
  • You’ll also support the coordination of media events and press trips, helping with logistics, schedules, and media liaison to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Monitoring coverage, compiling reports, and analysing results will be a key part of your role, helping to demonstrate the impact of PR activity and inform future campaigns.

This is a hands-on role that offers exposure to all areas of the PR process, with plenty of opportunity to learn, develop, and grow within a supportive team environment.

About you:

  • You’ll be a graduate or have relevant experience in a PR, communications, or media environment.
  • You’ll have a genuine curiosity about the UK media landscape, including print, digital, and social channels, and a strong interest in travel, tourism, and lifestyle brands.
  • You’re an excellent writer with strong attention to detail, confident organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • You’re proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team, with a positive, "can-do" attitude.
  • An understanding of how social media supports and enhances PR campaigns is important, along with a willingness to learn, contribute ideas, and take initiative as you grow in the role.

Generous annual holiday package including 25 days of annual leave, 3 personal days and year-end holiday break. Private medical, life and income protection insurance and pension scheme contribution from the company. Lively social calendar with numerous activities and events to take part in. Weekly fresh fruit deliveries. Dog friendly office. Cycle to work scheme/Season Ticket Loan. Work from anywhere / work from any office benefits.

Who Are We? We’re a travel-obsessed collective of more than 600 people across the country and around the globe. And when we say we inspire people to go places, we mean ALL people. That’s why we’re focused on nurturing a workforce that is representative of the places we visit.
