We have an immediate opening for a Growth Operations Manager, based in our London, UK or Overland Park, Kansas office. The Growth Operations Manager helps MMGY Global bring greater discipline and intelligence to how growth performance is tracked, managed and improved across the agency. This role sits at the intersection of pipeline operations, Salesforce management, reporting and growth insights.

This is a hands-on role with broader responsibility for improving how pipeline data is maintained, how reporting is developed and how trends are surfaced to support business development decision-making. You will help manage the operational infrastructure behind the growth team, ensuring that pipeline information is accurate, reporting is useful and leadership has clearer visibility into performance, pacing and opportunity health. You will also work closely with MMGY’s finance team to strengthen forecasting, improve reporting accuracy and support monitoring of growth trends over time.

You will serve as a key lead in managing Salesforce workflows and external development support, while strengthening the agency’s approach to pipeline hygiene, reporting discipline and operational consistency. This is a new role with a clear mandate and meaningful opportunity to help shape how growth operations, reporting and forecasting evolve at MMGY Global.

Responsibilities
  • Day-to-day management and ongoing improvement of MMGY’s pipeline operations, ensuring opportunity data is accurate, current and useful for decision-making.
  • Own recurring pipeline and forecasting reporting, helping surface trends, risks and performance insights that support growth leadership and the broader business.
  • Partner closely with finance to strengthen forecast visibility, reporting accuracy and overall confidence in growth pacing and year-over-year trend analysis.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for Salesforce workflows, invoicing, dashboards and enhancements, working with external development partners to improve functionality and support the needs of the growth team.
  • Strengthen pipeline hygiene and reporting discipline across the agency by following up with stakeholders, improving consistency in updates and identifying opportunities to simplify or improve process.
  • Support reporting and analysis tied to MMGY’s growth marketing efforts, helping connect marketing activity, pipeline development and overall growth performance more clearly over time.
Qualifications
  • Five or more years of experience in growth operations, sales operations, business development support, reporting, analytics, CRM management or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and organisational skills, with the ability to turn pipeline data into clear reporting, practical insights and useful recommendations.
  • Experience working with Salesforce or a similar CRM platform, including reporting, workflow support or coordination with outside partners.
  • Ability to manage recurring processes with a high level of accuracy, consistency and attention to detail.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with finance, business leaders or other stakeholders to support forecasting, reporting or operational planning.
  • Strong communication, follow-through and problem-solving skills, with the ability to improve processes and maintain accountability among stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in an agency, consulting, media or other professional services environment is preferred.
