With unprecedented pent up demand for travel and as the world continues to open up we have an exciting opportunity for a tech savvy individual who has an exceptional eye for detail to join our team of Programmatic professionals. As an Ad Ops Executive, you will be responsible for the setup of Programmatic advertising campaigns across a variety of DSPs, ad servers, and ad tech platforms. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy individual who is eager to learn and grow within the digital advertising space.
Key Responsibilities:- Learn established procedures and set up campaigns across DV360, The Trade Desk, Samsung Ads, Amazon DSP and CM360.
- Learn and utilise relevant ad tech tools and platforms in daily setups.
- Understand programmatic terminologies and concepts, and expand knowledge in digital advertising.
- Collaborate with account teams to deliver campaigns across various DSPs, including trafficking creative assets, tags, naming conventions, and other elements necessary for campaign implementation.
- Create and implement tracking pixels and audience segments; Upload and traffic creative assets across platforms; Troubleshoot campaign setup, delivery, and technical issues.
- Attend team meetings and provide updates on campaign progress.
- Manage campaign workload and work with traders to ensure on-time campaign launches.
- Collaborate with external vendors and internal departments across the MMGY Global network.
- Entry level role: No prior trafficking experience required, but a willingness to learn on the job is essential.
- Bachelor's degree - all fields welcome.
- Understanding of basic Digital Marketing concepts.
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft/Google Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong analytical thinking, comfortable with data and mathematical skills.
- Comfortable working with digital tools and learning new technologies.
- Fast learner, ability to perform well under pressure, and take ownership of assigned tasks.
- Proactive and willing to take initiative in problem-solving.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
