MMG Models London is looking for a motivated and commercially driven Model Agent to join our growing team in Shoreditch. We are looking for someone who understands the fast‑paced nature of the modelling industry, enjoys building strong relationships and has a natural drive to create new opportunities for both models and the agency.
The role:
- Manage model bookings from initial enquiry through to completion
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Proactively develop new business and identify booking opportunities
- Understand client briefs and recommend the right models for each project
- Negotiate rates and booking terms
- Manage castings, options, availabilities and confirmations
- Support the career development and management of models
- Scout new faces and contribute to the continued growth of the agency
About you:
- Have experience within a model agency or a strong commercial background within the fashion industry
- Are confident in client communication and relationship building
- Have a strong commercial mindset and enjoy developing new business
- Are proactive, ambitious and highly organised
- Have a genuine understanding of and interest in the modelling and fashion industry
