Overview
Our client is a prominent Global leader dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences with over 1,000 subsidiaries and affiliated brands. With a commitment to innovation and personalized service, they are seeking a PMS Productivity Lead to join their team immediately. The Productivity Lead plays a critical role in supporting teams during the initial transition to the Opera Cloud Property Management System. The Productivity Lead collaborates closely with the deployment team, providing continuous feedback to enhance future implementation phases. This role offers a remote work schedule!
Base pay range
$30.00/hr – $55.00/hr
Position Summary
Provide hands-on support during project development, beta testing, and post-deployment stabilization. Monitor system configuration and user adoption remotely to provide operational guidance. Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of software releases to ensure readiness. Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to resolve system-related issues effectively.
Responsibilities
- Assess system adoption and performance during and after implementation.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely response to support inquiries.
- Conduct remote Q&A sessions and deliver training webinars for hotel teams.
- Partner with colleagues to ensure successful installation and configuration of property systems.
- Review and evaluate business practices to determine continued applicability post-transition.
- Provide hands-on support during project development, beta testing, and post-deployment stabilization.
- Monitor system configuration and user adoption remotely to provide operational guidance.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of software releases to ensure readiness.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to resolve system-related issues effectively.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience in hospitality management or operational roles.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Opera PMS (both front-end and configuration).
