IT Support Technician — Cyber-Savvy Troubleshooter

MMD Design & Consultancy Ltd. is seeking an IT Support Technician to help secure and develop our IT environment. You will support day-to-day operations, assist with infrastructure, user management and cybersecurity alongside the IT Manager.

You will gain hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, networking, endpoint management and security monitoring within a collaborative, security‑minded team focused on continuous improvement.
