A client’s first conversation with us sets the tone for everything that follows. We’re looking for a Client Liaison Officer to take ownership of that moment: managing onboarding calls, guiding new enquiries through to fully opened cases, and making sure every detail is captured correctly from the outset. This is a role built on accuracy and presence. You’ll need a clear, confident telephone manner and the discipline to get the details right, call after call.
The Role
- You’ll be the first point of contact for many of our clients, people who have already decided to pursue a claim and need someone to guide them through what happens next.
- The conversation matters, but so does what follows it. The information you record at this stage shapes the client’s file and the documents we prepare on their behalf. Precision here is not optional.
What the role involves
- Making onboarding calls to new enquiries
- Explaining the case opening process clearly and directly
- Recording personal and case details accurately, and opening new client files
- Handing opened cases over to the wider team without gaps or delay
- Maintaining a high call volume while keeping data quality consistent
- Flagging anything unusual or sensitive to a solicitor
What we’re looking for
- A clear, confident telephone manner
- Close attention to detail, particularly with personal and case data
- The ability to follow instructions consistently and accurately
- Resilience and consistency across repetitive call work
- Accurate written communication and data entry
- Experience in telephone-based customer service, call centre, or claims/insurance work is useful, but not essential
- No legal background required. Full training provided
What you can expect
- A small, supportive team where your work is visible and valued
- Full training, regardless of legal experience
- Clear progression for the right person
- 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays and your birthday off
- Early finish on Fridays
- Closure over Christmas and in July
If you take pride in getting things right, and want a role where that precision matters from the very first phone call, we’d like to hear from you.
