Ably is hiring a Senior Talent Partner to own end-to-end recruitment for a 60-person, remote-first team across the UK and Europe. You’ll calibrate briefs with hiring managers, run sourcing, interviews, and offers, and shape our candidate experience, working closely with the CTO and People team.
You’ll lead by building fair, structured interview processes, leveraging AI tooling, and managing agency partnerships to raise our hiring bar with depth over speed.
