Established civil engineering contractor delivering developer-funded trunk main water and infrastructure schemes across the South West is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor. This is a predominantly office-based commercial role focused on pricing, cost control and NEC contract administration, supporting multiple live civils projects with occasional site visits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Subcontract procurement and management
- Monthly cost reporting and CVRs
- Pricing variations and compensation events (NEC)
- Commercial oversight of trunk main and infrastructure schemes
- Client and developer liaison
Requirements:
- Proven experience in civil engineering / utilities
- Strong NEC contract knowledge
- Background in water or infrastructure projects preferred
- Commercial reporting experience
Package:
- £65,000 – £70,000
