Project Manager required for a New Civils Build in East London. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, site management and delivery of works safely, on time and to a high standard.

Role will include:

  • Managing day-to-day site operations
  • Coordinating subcontractors, labour and suppliers
  • Ensuring works are delivered safely and to programme
  • Quality checks, RAMS, permits and site documentation
  • Client liaison and progress reporting
  • Managing health & safety standards on site
  • Driving productivity and maintaining site standards

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Civils Project Manager in a busy environment
  • Strong knowledge of groundworks/civils/infrastructure works
  • SMSTS or NVQ Site Management equivalent
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage teams and keep works moving
